"Winning is fun; losing stinks."

A comedy about the grit, the pressure, and the stakes of coaching baseball. Or at least Little League baseball. When a "win-at-all-costs" father shares the coaching bench with a "lets-just-have-fun" dad who knows little about the the game, there are bound to be plenty of errors. The two mismatched coaches - Don and Michael never agree. As they struggle to communicate with each other and their team, the reveal who they are - as well as what it means to be a man, a parent and a "winner."
