"The Glamorous Life...An Evening in The Old Village"

Join us for The Village Playhouse and Repertory Company’s 5th Annual Holiday Benefit Gala at Alhambra Hall along the beautiful Cooper River overlooking Charleston Harbor! The Glamorous Life is The Village Repertory Company’s most important fundraising event. Proceeds of this event help to fill the critical gap between what it costs to bring great theatre to our community and what we can earn through ticket sales.

This years Gala includes tastings from top regional chefs' menus, drinks and a silent auction. The general-admission party begins at 7:00 p.m. Party-goers will enjoy unlimited drinks and sample food prepared by area chefs. A silent auction will feature original artwork, fine jewelry, world class golf opportunities, gourmet dining experiences, entertainment packages and weekend getaways.

The entertainment lineup features Joe Clark e and includes a lineup of top notch Village Repertory performers Tickets are $40 for individuals and $75 for couples including unlimited food and drink;

The Village Playhouse and Repertory Co. is celebrating its 9th season. The Village Playhouse and Repertory Co. is a professional non profit 501 (c) 3 theatre arts organization. Proceeds from The Glamorous Life support Village Repertory's mainstage productions; educational programs, including this seaon's School of the Arts Middle School production, $12 student-rush tickets, Free Night of Theatre and supporting the Village Actor's Fund.
